In late June, the Indiana Supreme Court ruled the state's near-total ban did not violate the state constitution, overturning a county judge's ruling which said the ban "likely (violated)" the constitution's privacy protections. This ruling previously allowed the state to cont...

Published Sun, 16 Feb 2025 16:31:06 GMT

By Andrew Sheeler | Sacramento BeeBeginning Monday, California employers will be barred from discriminating against employees who use marijuana in their off hours.Assembly Bill 2188 requires employers to change how they test for marijuana use among employees, using tests that show current impairment and not just past usage.
