Donald Patchin said by phone Wednesday afternoon.The investigation centered on illegal high-powered guns, according to authorities. The shooting occurred about 9 a.m. in the 1200 block of Sanderling Island, Patchin said.The shooting happened when police entered, and a person came at them armed with a gun, according to authorities.
