(KRON) -- When world leaders were in town for APEC this month, residents took notice of how clean the area was during the event.Nearly two weeks since then and complaints of homelessness and drug use are back. The area around Moscone Center was nearly impossible to get close to unless you were credentialed. That meant no unhoused people inside or even around the security fencing. (KRON) -- California Highway Patrol issued a Silver Alert on Tuesday for a missing woman. Michele Paul, 81, has not been seen since Nov. 25. Paul is a 5-foot-2, 110-pound white woman with gray hair and black eyes. She is considered at-risk due to her age and cognitive issues. Paul was seen at her home in Geyserville on Nov. 14, and the alert was activated on behalf of the Healdsburg Police Department. Paul is believed to be driving a black 2019 Volkswagen Jetta with the California license plate 8LBD141. She was seen again in Monte Rio at about 2 p.m. on Nov. 25. She was going westbound on Highway 116 leaving Monte Rio. Healdsburg police turned the investigation over to the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office. Anyone who sees Paul is asked to call 9-1-1 or (707) 565-2121. WHEAT RIDGE, Colo. (KDVR) -- One person was killed in a homicide that occurred Wednesday morning near 38th Avenue and Teller Street in Wheat Ridge.Police were called to the area after shots were heard around 11:19 a.m. A family member told FOX31 the victim was Peter Damien Arguello, who owned a nearby antique and jewelry shop.No suspect has been taken into custody yet, but police said there was no danger to the public.At approximately 4:43 p.m., Wheat Ridge police released photos of the suspect vehicle believed to be involved with the homicide.
